Yesterday, FOTUS said "We're going to take back our wealth.." in reference to his tariffs. I think this is more what he meant. Privatize govt functions, tank the economy so his oligarch cronies can swoop in and gobble everything up at fire sale prices, transfer the "wealth" from the 99.99% upwards.
