Colorado reclassified nuclear power generation as “clean” energy to give it tax breaks last month. Now, “SB25-280 reduces taxes and suspends regulatory requirements” for data centers per CO PIRG. CO legislators should protect our privacy and stop subsidizing water & energy hungry tech industries.
