One of the most valuable and lasting effects my therapist had on me was that at the beginning of each session she asked me "so what's been better?"
Consistently asking me that question helped condition my mind to naturally seek out healthier thinking patterns.

On a rebuild I traded away Christian Watson for a 3rd and Keon Coleman for a 3rd
In a vacuum I prob value each of them more than a 3rd but I felt the 3rds would be better for my team in the long run
- the picks give me better flexibility
- get the points off my max PF
- at best lower end starters

When I look to trade for players who I like more than the market and I think are great buys, so often the managers who roster those players are even higher on them I am 😭😭😭

I get why they wouldn't wanna use them, even if it's best they do.

I think interior offensive linemen and interior defensive linemen should have the same title, as in both being guards or tackles.
Offensive tackles being the ends yet defensive tackles being interior doesn't sit right with me.
