Revenge is a lie. It pretends to be necessary and serve a purpose when it doesn't. You can already have people out of your life without having to harbour ill will or get even. Hate can't build, it can only destroy.

If you notice on the memes, I put a line through what I believe to be a misuse of the words "forgive" and "forgiving" and replaced it with a more appropriate word for the point trying to be made.

Its given before,Thats why in English the word is fore-giveness. Its an attitude& awareness I go through life w and try to constantly& mindfully hold. The idea is like everybodys already automatically forgiven. Before anything even happens, Im ALREADY aware that hate+ revenge cant work as solutions.

But forgiveness is its own distinct reality. It’s saying no to hate and revenge and being aware that those paths are dead ends. They are guaranteed to not work. Forgiveness has nothing to do with the other people or what happened. It doesn’t excuse; it liberates.
