Yep, definitely good faith. I ran digital comms for Leader and then Speaker Pelosi for the length of the Trump Admin. I’m very much speaking to this as a staffing issue, because folks tend to think Congressional folks and Campaigns have MUCH larger teams than they do.

Even before we get there, there’s simply not enough staff to pull this off. Congressional staff don’t have the staff to do this. Even the political outfits, which have significantly larger digital staff, wouldn’t be able to have staff doing this and all of their other responsibilities.
