Committing an actual of war on Europe/NATO immediately makes every US installation in Europs a legitimate target, irrespective of dependents and civilians. This means containment or, more likely, seizure of all military assets not already in active use.

All European host nation private companies and public services should immediately suspend all relationships with US personnel and facilities. Close ports, no access to education, medical, social, or even shopping. Basically confine them all to their installations, including dependents.

All forms of physical enforcement of laws by force at the federal level are under the executive branch. The NG can be brought under his control anytime. Court decisions/Legislation/Elections are meaningless without physical enforcement as an option. You can't vote away fascism.

Dems use the Constitution as a blanket from criticism and excuse to be weak. Decades from now, millions of deaths from now, the old Constitution needs to be replaced. Why? It's actually working as designed. Checks and balances have no physical enforcement means.

The current dem establishment is based on appeasement and defeat as a virtue. Pelosi, Schumer, Jeffries, Feinstein, etc. have been so loyal to Hebrew hitler and so committed to defeating the progressives they lost democracy. Which they told us they would save if we voted for them.

Years from now those military and gov't leaders that resigned in protest will insist on they should lead the new gov't because "I refused to go along and resigned after serving with honor"- translation: I ran to save myself and did media interviews to 'take a stand'. They got out of the way.

Every senior leader that disagrees just resigns. Every DoJ lawyer that disagrees resigns. Resigning in protest only works when there is realistic chance of accountability for the AG or DoD. Otherwise, there just getting themselves out of the way.

Leftists that want to believe the 2A-NRA nonsense aren't being rational. The populace can't afford enough ammo or big enough weapons. 15 years from now when conscription is the only way to maintain a military, there might be enough dissent in the ranks. Eventually the SecDef will be POTUS.

Because the military is who it is, they will fire on civilians without hesitation once they have clear orders from the top. They're are so few that would actually even think it's immoral or illegal, it won't matter. NG will gladly shoot minorities- they've always had a white supremacy problem.

Let me make it clear- when the very end of the justice system is the traitor-in-chief, there is no such thing as an illegal order from the top. The military will follow orders and punish those not in line. It's likely they'll create a federal court system outside of the UCMJ just for them.
