From my tour guide days, this family was all set to go. Daddy had made sure his little girl was buckled in, so she had to make sure that HER baby was buckled in too.

It seems they've arrived. My (half-Mexican) wife and I live in SF, and have for many years. I've been waiting for this possibility, and sure enough, after that bill passed and the goonies got billions in funding they are looking at 10K new hires.
It's time to prepare.

This is ol' Jack, a homeless fellow who used to panhandle near our office in San Francisco. Photo taken in 2016, on the 1st day he showed up with that sign.
His previous sign was the typical, "Homeless, please help." After he made the sign shown, his 'donations' increased tenfold if not more.
