One thing I look for in any nutritional post in how credible the sources are. I tend to look for the qualifications of the author. In many cases people who are unqualified post about nutrition which can spread misinformation. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

It’s 2025 - can we please accept that bodies aren’t infinitely changeable, we can’t reconstruct them on a trend… it’s not fashion or a trend; it’s just bias.

Tom's story was very moving for me. As someone who has been on diets, it is very hard to stay consistent. His story is one that I think many people can find relatable. A drink I consume is whole milk, but I have found that this contains too many calories as I am trying to cut weight. To replace this I will drink unsweetened almond milk, which contains less calories and fats. This fits my nutritional values more in my current time. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

But We don't all need to chase and promote one ultimate option.

What we need is options... choices. They don't need to compete or be ranked, they can just be tools we use when we need them.

My 24 hour food recall was expected and easy to record. Many of the foods I eat daily are primarily the same. I tend not to eat snacks, which I did not. I tend to cook the same things and nothing came as a surprise except for the fluid intakes i consume. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
