I dont know that we should decide for other countries by removing leaders we dont like. If we are going to do it all let it be those who's ppl live under authoritarianism etc& want them removed or those who cause huge problems for the world. Like Putin for example. Why has the world tolerated him?

The answer is not a two party system but a no party system.
