If you're leaving a review on anything, consider what you're reviewing. If it's a review on a food delivery and the restaurant messed up your order, don't leave a bad review on the driver. If the USPS lost your package, don't leave a bad review on the seller/product.

Today I came in to a message from someone saying I never replied when I did reply the same day and then actually followed up the next day with a new subject line hoping to get around their spam filter, because I hadn't heard back from them.
I am begging. If you are waiting for a reply from customer support, please check your spam folder before accusing them of ignoring you. I get at least one person a day saying they never got helped when I responded within 20 min (and CS is not my only responsibility so 20 min is pretty good.)

After hearing Eilish Poe's story about how she was stabbed nearly to death and tried to use Google home and Alexa to call 911 because she couldn't get to her phone, I think making people pay a subscription to be able to call 911 from these assistant devices is actually really shitty.

A year after I dumped my boyfriend of 7 years he sent me a 9 page letter. The first 4 pages were apologies for everything I'd cited when I broke up with him. The last 5 pages were telling me all the ways I was an awful partner. Realized today most of his reasons were ADHD symptoms. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
