Phoned Transport NSW to change a detail regarding a vehicle that is registered, jointly, with my husband. It was explained to me that I could not authorise the change as I was not the primary owner…That Transport NSW followed the legacy protocol of the husband is the primary. What year is this?

The National Disability Insurance Agency is doubling down on its (deliberate?) misreading of its new legislation, popping up new Q&As online today that repeat the errors I've pointed out to them repeatedly now. Their Q&A vs the law. They think it ~only~ applies to specific info requests. Wrong.
