I think he’s a good manager. In the championship we had the best players on the pitch in almost every game and he generally got the best out of them. In the prem it’s a different story and his limitations in terms of tactics, team selection and in game management have become clear

His in game management has always been poor and ultimately that’s what will get him sacked.
