I can add my n=2 anecdotal experience.
I suffered a lot from allergies back in Israel, and since moving to Sweden, I'm completely allergy-free 🙌 (but every home visit, they come back with a vengeance!).
My partner had no allergies back home, and here she does 🤧

I used Memrise when I started to learn Swedish (they also have Polish). I don't know if they use AI nowadays, but anyway, they rely a lot on short clips of a variety of native speakers.

We got today samples of iSpacer from SunJinLab.

It seems promising, although might be a bit too thin on the short side of the rectangle.

Good chance you already listen to it, but if not @dancarlin.bsky.social Hardcore History is the best recommendation. Very long series each of them basically an audio book. Wrath of the Khans on the mongol empire would be a great start
