I like all the Vacherin varieties, Many of the Swiss raclettes (generally a more deep and earthy flavor than French) and Tilsiter. In the Jura, they do make reblochon-like cheese locally though it is probably not available out of the region, so you’d have to rely on a French version

If you are talking about Emmentaler, then yes, it is a terrible waste of the milk used in its production. That said, there are some great cheeses in CH which are really really good

In the alt text above, I mention F. babai (Flabellina babai) as the official name of the lower of the two nudis in the pictures. That name has been change at some point in the last years to Luisella babai

Definitely this. But raise minimum wages, stop exploitation of rentals and make income equality a thing. What I want to see is that we do not need philanthropists or charities to keep society as a whole moving forward.
