Lover of horror

Chunk connoisseur
3rd & 1. Pre-snap shift rolls the safety down to the right, leaving a stack of Doubs/Watson against two defender. Outside release from Doubs and a crosser from Watson. Max protect up front & Watson outraces his man across the field.

Immediate pressure in his face, but Love had seen enough of the defensive coverage (two high, LBs fanning out in the middle) to know where his answers were. Good read, good throw, 10 yards on 1st & 10.

Get the defender moving outside a touch with a pump fake, then throw it past his flailing hands.

DB is looking to undercut this pass, but Love does a great job of putting touch on it and leading Doubs up the field. Beautiful little pass.

3rd down & the Giants are showing a single-high safety away from the passing strength. Love checks the safeties post snap, sees they're in Man, and takes the one-on-one to Watson on the outside.

They did so much with Whyle in this game. FB in I-formation. Slice blocker. They had him arc releasing to act as a lead blocker on some outside runs. Then the Packers roll this out and he gets free in the flat (with an assist from Watson).

Wind likely carries this a bit, but, given the position of the safety, Love puts this to the outside shoulder and Golden is looking inside.

...and knock 'em down.

Set 'em up...

You need at least 1 of these 3 things if you want a good red zone scoring offense:
1. Good running game
2. A QB who is a good scrambler
3. A freak WR you can throw the ball up to.

The Packers have #3 back.

Insane that this was completed.

Wooooooooooooooooooooo buddy.

Check out Wilson moving these defenders at the line with a little move behind the line.

I become a bigger fan of FitzPatrick every week.

Shout-out to FitzPatrick at the end of this play. He didn't know if it was incomplete or a fumble, so he makes a nice, heads-up play to secure the ball.

Listen. I am in no way comparing these plays, but the first one made me think of the second one.

Run game has been struggling a bit this year for sure, but this Spinner Counter run makes me happy.

Insert release by Watson from a 6OL look. That's the good stuff.

3rd & 3. Zone read with an RPO bubble at the top. He throws the bubble if they have numbers to the top. On the run, he's reading the EMOL (End Man On Line). That man stays home, so Love hands it off. (I want to believe there's a throw option to Doubs on a bubble/slant if Love keeps it.)

Loved this call. 12 personnel, motion to I-formation, then outside pitch. I slowed it down after the snap just to watch the blocking at the point of attack. I love Tom getting to the second level immediately to seal the inside.
