Had this happen with a pediatric urgent care bringing in a foster child with a fever. "Sorry we don't take Medicaid" aka we don't see foster children. Wild prioritization

100% a concern. I also prefer roads that make doing the speed limit and stopping where you are supposed the easy thing. I'll take raised crossings and uncomfortably narrow streets over wide lanes on straight roads then an arbitrary, passively enforced speed limit.

Curious to find out what is the difference in pure monetary cost of a traffic camera versus a raised crossing or other traffic calming. I prefer making following the rules easy rather than tempting people to break them and fining them for doing so.
