"We are the Media" is the Rallying Cry for the hard of thinking on X. In other words, make it up. Just seen someone claim that Unemployment has gone up to 5 Million in this country. 5% increase is not good, but 1.7 Million is way off 5.

Going to dip my toe into Coding again for the first time in about 10 years, and decided to learn a completely new IDE (For me) VS Code - It seems to make sense if I am going to treat myself to Raspberry PI 500 at some stage. In that time though, AI has become part of it - A world away from that

At some stage soon - can't remember when - it will be 11 years since I got my PC - Paid for by my Dad and Sister when I was in a tricky spot financially. Still going okay, and it looks like it will outlast W10. New PC before then, and maybe Linux on this ??

3 Months on, my Blood Sugar is generally down, as is my Cholesterol, my Kidney function up, and BMI in an acceptable range, even my by BP is good. Change of diet, and not much else, but as we head to spring, the bike is coming out more, and I'm looking to be in good shape for November's review.

Normally I make a Chicken and Mushroom curry for myself, in a Pan, but because I am doing a Curry night with workmates, one of whom is a Vegan, I have gone for 2 bean and Sweet Potato Madras as a test run. Fact is, my Diet needs to be a Veg/Vegan & Animal Hybrid, lo-carb, and lo-Cholesterol.

First post.. Went out for a short walk in the sun this morning. 3 Months after discovering I'm a Type 2 Diabetic, and this morning I was "Over the limit" for the first time just before Christmas, and a bout of flu, and I haven't been feeling great for about a week, so likely fighting something -
