It is well known that the data used to create algorithms to assess healthcare treatments for minority populations is at best incomplete, and at worst biased. These are the same models used to deny claims. AI can be modeled for positive outcomes or to confirm bias to justify unethical behavior.

Needed AAA to check my battery. Tech didn't speak until I spoke to him. Told me I needed a battery charge and that I’d be getting a survey and that his pay is based on my response, so I reminded him he didn't speak unless spoken to, the look on his face 🤷🏽♀️
