A win! A federal judge has just blocked part of the so-called “Big Beautiful Bill” that aimed to restrict Medicaid funding. Judge Indira Talwani, ruling from the District of Massachusetts, ordered the Trump administration to continue Medicaid payments to Planned Parenthood health centers.

Planned Parenthood sued the administration Monday, alleging that a provision of Trump's "big, beautiful bill" is unconstitutional and will cause irreparable harm.
