definitely their best one yet. theyre building up many things and i think theyre gonna pay them off beautifully and i will be devastated

this is such a dumb thing to say. this is disney’s fault for not marketing the movie at all. even if all the “animation is cinema fanbase” all collectively watched the film in theatres it would still not be enough to save the movie from bombing. a movie needs general audiences to make money.

i view it mostly as the show insinuating that jax is able to be hurt in some way, and hints that ragatha may be the only one able to make jax react in a way thats not his usual indifference and cockiness, which adds to both of their characters and hints towards some kind of history between the two

you should really check out wario land shake it, it has a killer soundtrack with great visuals with its 2d aesthetic. every background was hand painted and warios animations are funny and expressive. the cutscenes are also great, it really is the complete package, it is my favourite from the series
