an interesting wrinkle to the Dodgy Contracts Scandal is the relationship between MHCare and outgoing EPS police chief and incoming deputy minister of executive council Dale McFee. MHCare was a title sponsor to Dale's "Safety In Our Cities Conference" last year.

UPDATE ON CASE/FUNDRAISER: Justice Richardson is no longer available for the week of Dec. 16. My lawyer will be appearing in King's Bench Appearance Court on Dec. 13th to figure out next steps.
Also, the fundraiser is extremely close to getting to the nice percentage.

here are photos the EPS took of me during their 181 man hours of surveillance spread out over 7 months. it's me walking to work with my dog Bruce (rip). then they would hang outside my office for another 4.5 hours until leaving.

it also means being followed and having photos taken of you as you go for a walk with your child out on her scooter. then having them hang around your house and surveilling your partner as they drive away.

as my lawyer said in my pre-trial submissions. "it should be self-evident that the enormous police resources poured into the EPS investigation about spray painting memorials to the Nazi Waffen-SS and one of the collaborators, which was removed by use of a garden hose..."

on 7 different occasions spread out over 8 months the EPS had six-man surveillance squads surveilling me. that's over 181 man hours of surveillance.
