When they do this mournful restatement of the S2 main theme, you can note that instead of going with a woman to sing the lead line, they decided to go with a *boy*, which obviously shades thematically, especially with the men's choir and church organ (underused instrument!) youtu.be/T-hAEQfQUc0?...
