Wanting to write comic heroes, to me, means taking it on the chin and accepting that they are a bit fucked up, they are silly characters, and the business is only out to pluck material to galvanize for multimedia projects. It's what it is. I hope I can use my voice for it.

I respect them for doing everything they can to make people so disinterested in Star Wars.

I respect them for doing everything they can to make people so disinterested in Star Wars.

look the basic problem is that if you're telling the audience how good and important Superman is you aren't telling them a good and important Superman story, just write those and let people draw their own conclusions, you don't need to kill his whole rogues gallery or have him lobotomize Wildstorm
