Almost there! Just waiting for some sockets for the ROMs (they are in really rough shape) and need to solder some connectors and it'll be ready to test!

Installed one of those GAL PLA replacements. Symptoms were a black screen and dead test didn’t work.

Installed a new PLA and my C64 works! The 1541 is even working! Cost me a little more than $4.95 though.
