This feature can be disabled by going to Invoicing -> Feedback and toggling 'Collect feedback' off there (on a business account, at least)
Apparently P*ypal now asks for customer opinions on accounts sending invoices.
If you are paying an invoice to a nsfw artist, do NOT mention NSFW in any way, keep it blank even. you risk both your account and the artists.

I love my Steam Deck for this. Thankfully I don't do a lot of online gaming so I haven't run into any major anti-cheat issues - every game that I want to play has worked pretty well on my Steam Deck and has had only minimal need for adjustments.
