Maybe not. But I'm not even talking about this time or that time in particular, but about anti-electoralism in general. I simply feel any way leftists can put ourselves at an advantage to organize labor or create better conditions for marginalized people is something we should explore.

Look, I'm not saying union organizing doesn't do anything. I'm IN a union. But the unions down here are defanged by nature. Looking back, what actually did something was organizing mass protests during the time of BLM. But I'm not even sure that could happen now, given the state of things.

Personally I think dunking is kind of shit at this point. If you're trying to reach people (kind of important for leftist activism) and you're acting like a 12 year old you've lost the plot. I'm glad you can at least see that.

We can create the conditions for us when the collapse happens. But who is to say it will happen? Why not do anything in our power, even engaging in electoralism, to create the conditions that will allow us to dismantle capitalism? Even if electoralism doesn't work. That's my thing.
