I got a prepaid omny and set it up to autoload money from my pretax debit card. It's a decent solution if your benefit vendor is a cheapass trash fire that doesn't send cards with nfc.

Also I know the volume of replies with advice can be very intimidating (dog people are all a little bit crazy - Best in Show wasn't actually fiction etc) but just having patience and love is 90% of it.

True test of love is being willing to trudge out into the worst of Boston winters 3-4x a day.

Idk if this helps but here's a picture of my dog's butt I accidentally took last night.

Oh they know exactly what they're doing over there.

Honestly thought the go/ links and referring to usernames as a LDAP is traumatizing to an ex-Googler.

Pornhub for Enterprise was the only thing that clued me into this being a shitpost.

Property taxes, high COL, and bad traffic? Seems to me that living in the suburbs of NYC sucks because you're still paying through the nose for everything but get none of the benefits of living in a densely populated walkable world class city.

I have some respect for airline food because at least they're working with some pretty tough constraints of feeding dozens to hundreds of people with what's basically a bank of toaster ovens and an hot plate.

To do this on purpose to terrestrial humans and charge them full price for it though...

Even "ghost kitchen" is too generous because it implies there's an actual restaurant kitchen cooking your food. Wonder is literally the same strategy as airline food-- central prep kitchen makes everything, packages and chills it, then it's reheated at your local slop distro point when you order.

I mean, probably not. This home looks to be in really good condition and is a unique building that would command a premium. Hard to make a profit when you're paying significantly extra for that.

Developers that just want the land usually buy more rundown and generic properties.

If you measure it on Google Maps it's actually like 2 miles it's crazy. The Galata Tower is tall but not that tall!

Also, like, if you have a million dollars you can apply for an EB-5 and still have a million dollars if the investment works out, yeah?

Yeah but "people were broadly unhappy with Biden for a variety of reasons but most broadly because of inflation" doesn't feed the political media's absolute obsession with one Detroit suburb and What It Means For America™

In NYC pretty much all the Amazon deliveries already come from their own Amazon branded subs. (with the occasional Lasership if you're unlucky). If there was juice left to squeeze here they would've already squeezed it.

Apple basically did the same thing lol. They even have him a little gold trophy for being good at making iPhones or something.
