Working on manufactured homes/doublewides is so puzzling.
I’m just curious - who frames with 2x3s and 1x3s on the same wall?
Stick built houses just make so much more sense. I get it the wall isn’t load bearing. 24” spacing is just crazy to me.

I just had quad surgery.
So many things stick out to me about the billing. How does it cost $19,248 to repair my quad but the surgery center:surgeon were in network with a $17320 discount
That means you guys could do this surgery for $3k cash but if you don’t have insurance it’ll be $19,248
