Got to see the new Superman movie by @jamesgunn.bsky.social ans loved it! I drew this before seeing it today, and colored it right after getting home from seeing it. Can't wait to see it again, and I can't wait to see where else this new DC Universe goes!

I worked on this #commission for a friend, he's gonna put it on a jacket or something. I free-handed that eagle; so I'm gonna brag about that, sorry. I colored it two ways, I kinda like both equally but we'll see what my friend goes with! #cartooning #cartoonist #comicart #comicillustration

My comic is still coming along! The job that pays rent took a lot of time away from working on it this past week, but I'm making progress!

I started inking my first page last night, only the fineline stuff that only needed pens though, today the goal is to finish this page with brush and nib. Then its on to getting page 2 started!

I, not so recently but also not so long ago, got these and I love them! Doug Wildey is one of my favorite cartoonists and there are some great interviews with him in the back of each issue where he discusses helping to develop the show and working with Alex Toth.
