In Louisiana your income has to be less than 16,000 a year assets total 2,000 to qualify for Medicaid NY income 21,600 assets 32,396. A person is not living the high life and collecting Medicaid. The speaker is either ignorant of these facts or is lying. Either way he is incompetent.
