There are many reasons I’ve started to take my fitness more seriously as I enter my late 30s, but if I’m being honest, I was heavily motivated by the hypocrisy I would feel when controlling the calories and macros I was feeding my cats.

The last time I was able to squat this low with weight, without pain, was 20 years ago before my knee surgeries. Proud to have worked my way back, and I’m just getting started.
