Of course, the EU would take the UK back on the basis of negoand without cherry picking. The original post says Brexit is invalid, and the UK gets back in with all the excessive concessions it had

But what if the EU doesn't want a state back which only wanted to belong with massive exceptions and never saw the union than anything but a cow yo milk dry?

Interestingly, when I look into Northern Ireland Life & Times Survey 2024 (the most recent one) I get 36 % in favour of a united Ireland, 42% in favour of remaining in the UK, 5% no votes and 11% undecided (1% not eligible) am I looking in the wrong place? www.ark.ac.uk/nilt/2024/Po...

Sure, it is the guardian I am disappointed by. However, having worked for UK universities from 8/2007 to 11/2020, that "our money first" tone can be heard there as well. As in the comments on this one..
