The average first-time homebuyer is now 40 years old. So, the mortgage is paid off at 90?

So, the average age for a first-time home buyer is now 40 and they'd be 90 before the mortgage is paid off? What could possibly go wrong?

John Dickerson, with a distinguished journalistic history, announced he's leaving CBS at the end of the year.

Watch and see what other CBS journalists do, whether they stand up for professional standards or knuckle under to the money lords who put Weiss in charge.

The ballroom is a safe space for the ultrawealthy, like Bezos, who can also protect their business interests by supporting Trump.

They will gather there with their own kind, unknowing and untroubled by the lives of most Americans.

McCrery is the project's architect. In addition to the interior view, McCrery shows a number of exterior views of the project on their website

Some have noted that the models Trump has shown feature details that don't make sense, such as stairs that lead nowhere.

Here is website for the architect, which also features those odd ballroom exterior renderings in whited out settings. Hmm.

The ballroom will also give them, like Mar-a-Lago, a safe place where they can mingle with the mega-rich. This protects their businesses from regulation/legal enforcement while filling Trump's coffers.

@karaswisher.bsky.social, this should be right up your alley. The ballroom is a lonely boys club for the megarich you've chronicled. A safe space for them to appreciate one another and protect their gilded way of life.

You've been right about many things. Hard to predict the friction free way modern tech oligarchs make fortunes, largely free from competition. And their insatiable need for approval, which can only come from their own super wealthy cohort.
