Fortunately NPR and PBS only get about 1% of rgeir operating budget from the feds. I think we should all donate to them so that T Rump's petty and vengeful politics result in an overall gain for public television and radio.

I only use the term in the context of the philosophy of science. Positivism is a theory that contends that there is an underlying truth that scientists can discover and prove. This philosophy disagrees with constructivist and American pragmatism.

My brother drank himself to death. He had been warned by his doctor that any drinking would kill him. He did it anyway. Alcohol addiction is devastating.
