I've been using Fedora daily on my laptop—my main workstation—for almost two years.. Even though I have a more powerful desktop running Windows. My primary gaming device is a Steam Deck.. I don't think there's any way I'd go fully back to Windows.

You can get it:

1. On blender market ($30)
2. By joining their patreon ($5/m)
3. For free from their github

I strongly recommend paying because polyhaven is fucking awesome and we need to support its existence

Are there more details about GI? Since HDDAGI is not going to make it to 4.4?

Demo is working and looks really nice - as expected:) But project files are in 178KB zip, which doesn't seem to work in Godot:(

I'm not at my workstation right now, but I hope I'll have some time over the weekend since I'm really interested in it 😉🔎

The entire city, including the subway and trees is about 1,300,000 triangles, which shouldn't be a major issue. The main concerns are overdraw, the number of materials, collisions, nav meshes, etc... I think Godot can handle GTA III size open world pretty easy...

I've downloaded a rip from Sketchfab... Just testing environment settings on a larger scale -nothing special. Using AO, SSIL, and SDFGI. Currently, I'm looking for a GTA IV map...

Yep, people laughed at me when I started in game dev a decade ago and opened Blender. :) I think it was around version 2.7...

No undo—tough times... I started regularly with version 2.43, which is far from this one, just as far as it is from the current releases...
