Having spoken to some affected, this is creating a meltdown in the tech industry. I foresee 2 trends: 1. It may lead to a reverse #braindrain from the US (Incredibly short sighted knowing how many engineers, doctors work on H1B), 2. Companies will just use #remotework for those affected. #H1B
