Definitely. If you're diligent in cleaning each time, you do not have huge buildup. The only negative is that it creates some water spill through to the grease dripping trap, so you got to empty that as well. But minor quibble, this thing is worth its weight in gold.

Per cup: 1.5-2 TBSP of the spiced butter mix in a mug. 2 oz dark rum (gotta be dark or black, spiced or not, I prefer not). Add 4+ oz of hot water (not boiling, ~200F is perfect). Stir well with a cinnamon stick until the butter is melted. Serve with the cinnamon stick garnish.
