There’s no such thing as the “genuinely disabled”

Disability is dynamic

Some disabilities are invisible. Some change day to day

You won’t always know a person is disabled unless they tell you

It’s a minority group you can join at any time, not a moral failing.

I really interpreted “you should be able to drive after 4 days” as meaning I would be 100% well after 4 days.
Tbh I think I underestimated recovery time I’d need post surgery. 🥴
