Very early days on the possible agreement with Russia but absent proper consideration of all the conditions necessary for a durable peace, it can't be taken seriously. & Russia keeping the Ukrainian territory it occupies right now would itself be a sign of the unserious nature of any such deal.

Many patients ready to leave the hospital end up lingering for days or weeks because of a lack of open spots at nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities. A few health systems are addressing this problem by moving post-acute rehab into the home.
