I have had fantastic classes! My students are on it, they are engaged, asking thoughtful questions in class, and doing the work. I have been very happy with my students so far this year.

That’s pretty idiotic reasoning. Peanuts and strawberries have health benefits for some and are easily avoidable. Synthetic food dyes are a petroleum-based chemical that provide no nutritional value. All they do is make foods brightly colored. Why do we need color chemicals in our foods?
