He said Queen's Gardens — where the march began — can hold a maximum of 7,000 people, "for a fact". "The fact that the park was full and the fact that some of the crowd spilled out into the surrounding roadways … is a very good indication for us that we know it's 10,000," he added." The people that can be seen from this angle, I was there in the middle of that crowd, and probably at least 40% of the total crowd is not visible The park that the police "know for certain" holds 7000 people

BTW: a quick and dirty fact-check of where we are already at. I haven't doubled-checked this, but I do remember reading elsewhere recently that we were already over 34%. There are many moments where we hit 100%. SA does often for long periods.
