And for women with no other life-threatening illnesses, that extends into the 80s.
Oh I’m glad you can still access screening. I think @drpaulagordon.bsky.social explained that women should be screened as long as they are healthy and have a > 10 year life expectancy.

We're making progress 🇨🇦 but still a ways to go for optimal and equitable screening. Missing from this chart is supplemental screening for dense breasts and high-risk programs because so few provinces offer them. Let's give all Canadians the best chance to find breast cancer early!
