I just don’t know. Over-intricate passing, not using the width, no apparent plan near goal. It should work but it doesn’t. VVD looks a shadow as captain. Kenny needs to put his arm round him I think

They are depressing to watch at the moment. Clueless in the final third and frightening at the back. Seem out of sorts all round which they may be. You can’t go on having all the possession and not scoring. It’s a bit weird

I used to hate it but honestly it doesn’t take as long as you think it’s going to. I peel onto a sheet of kitchen roll so I can roll the peelings up and straight into the compost bin. I think it’s the slimy, starchy mess I don’t like.

We’ve moved on from lard butties though. And a proper sarnie is a great treat really. Mostly we just slaver sourdough with guacamole (sorry, ‘smashed avocado’) these days

Agree. It was a combination of words and body language that confirmed in a single moment how he thinks about and treats other people. It was so nakedly, shockingly abnormal it stunned everyone. They literally couldn’t believe their ears

I am getting fed up with all these silly storylines. None of them behave like normal people any more. If this had been the style 40 years ago I don’t think I would have become hooked. Are they deliberately trying to drive listeners away????

Here’s mine, I make it in September and top up monthly with rum, or brandy, or Amaretto or Cointreau. It only needs 90 minutes on Xmas Day or you can even microwave it. Collect those big elastic bands from the Royal Mail to keep the greaseproof on during steaming
