Made the kiddo a construction themed confetti birthday cake with dirt-colored cream cheese frosting and covered in Oreo crumbs. It was a huge hit and I keep eyeing the leftovers

September was weird. Three library borrows, two purchases that were mega cheap that would have been 14 week library holds, and an ARC. And two non-fiction monstrosities that are taking their time to be read.

Bookstore Romance day success! It was hard enough to pick one book (to limit my physical book library) and then it surprisingly came with a free gift from their ARC and surprise book shelf.

5 books finished in June, and finished Chef’s Kiss on July 2nd. Not as Pride heavy as I was hoping, but it gets read no matter the month.

5 of the 7 books were owned! And three were physical books. Despite the slump early in the month, recovered well and yeah, there were three wolf/werewolf books ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

April was mostly library borrows, but Meegan was from my shelf. I will give myself a pat on the back for reading and finishing a non-fiction though. Just Our Luck was finished last night, perfect timing to round out the month.
