It only takes a couple of weeks off for me. Crampy calves too. I find if I do a lot of stretching before and after the first few sessions back, it helps a *lot*.

I'm always here for dunking on one of the worst commissioners is recent history. When it's my favorite councilor doing the dunking, it just feels extravagant.
