While I am generally worried/pissed off about what's happening at the federal level, perhaps it's useful to note that this is within the same range at the same time of the year for the last several years. So hopefully we stay like that (though I'm not super hopeful)

Every time I see that lot I always think it would be great for a mixed-use development. One could imagine grocers to be easily added as part of that development.

Surely a lot of that size can't be the make or break for industrial land use that will be needed for future infrastructure, right?
