So I finished The Excavation of Hob’s Barrow last night and WOW. The best thing I can say about it was that it felt like I was playing a Hammer Horror film from the late 60’s (and I’m a huge Hammer Horror fan). I could see the film in my head, the atmosphere of the game was that good.

This game has its hooks in me so bad. It’s a point and click adventure in the style of the games I was into in middle school (stuff like King’s Quest and Maniac Mansion) and it’s SO DAMN GOOD.

Current WIP. Mostly enjoying the build, but the hands are awful. Definitely going to replace them because not only are the functionally terrible, they look awful. Otherwise this kit is pretty awesome so far.
