So many today, including people within my own discipline, are only seeing the "worst case scenario" when it comes to artificial intelligence. I'm excited to see my chapter published in this important work discussing AI's many implications for psyche!

Another exact edition of a magic-related owned by Jung (well, in this case a precise replica of the edition he owned). This set is no longer considered current scholarship in many ways, but it’s still important to see what sources Jung was working with.

Another acquisition for my collection of exact editions owned by C. G. Jung. This is the only copy of the 1929 edition I’ve ever seen, so I’m glad to find it!

My biggest success tool is weekly meal prep with delicious, low fat protein! This week it’s ground chicken with seasoning, air fryer lean pork chops, chicken salad with zero sugar Greek yogurt, and air fryer marinated chicken breast. Each container is multiple meals, quick to heat and eat!

At my heaviest, I weighed 453 pounds. I got down to 429, and then started seriously tracking (which means my updates are just from there). I set a goal to weigh under 300 pounds by my birthday (today). I MADE IT! 😁

About a month ago, I posted about the clipping I took from a certain lilac bush planted in the early 1840s by a famous person. Lilac is notoriously difficult to propegate. Of the six clippings I tried to start, ONE ROOTED! Now it just needs to start growing new leaves!

This was not a costume. Every element—red brocade, black cravat, pentacle pin, black skirt—was chosen for embodiment. I showed up as the magician I am: queer, grounded, and sovereign. To those still learning how to show up in your own skin: the path opens when you stop asking for permission.
