So many today, including people within my own discipline, are only seeing the "worst case scenario" when it comes to artificial intelligence. I'm excited to see my chapter published in this important work discussing AI's many implications for psyche!

My biggest success tool is weekly meal prep with delicious, low fat protein! This week it’s ground chicken with seasoning, air fryer lean pork chops, chicken salad with zero sugar Greek yogurt, and air fryer marinated chicken breast. Each container is multiple meals, quick to heat and eat!

At my heaviest, I weighed 453 pounds. I got down to 429, and then started seriously tracking (which means my updates are just from there). I set a goal to weigh under 300 pounds by my birthday (today). I MADE IT! 😁
