Grievers, the best thing you can do for yourself is to get a dog. I got a whippet, and she is the most awesome beast you could possibly imagine. Also she is 39° which is much hotter than an actual human and makes for ultimate bed warming, She is also super cute.

I thought Jacinta Nampinjinpa Price had been quiet and then I hear she thinks supporting programs for First Nations mum to breastfeed is woke, and wants to Make Australia Great Again. Remember she’s friendly with Rinehart … as is Dutton.

I'm in far western Victoria, at Port Fairy, marvelling at the blue Bass Strait on a very hot day. It's absolutely lovely here. Festival is pretty Anglo-Celtic, though did see a fabulous Kenyan band. Watching folks drape themselves with capes of bull kelp wrack on the windswept white beaches.
